Rita Alonso Pablos is the founder of Noxis. Lawyer, entrepreneur, marketer but, above all, strategist. She firmly believes in the importance of defining winning and inspiring strategies that bring focus to companies and organizations.

Rita Alonso Pablos is the founder of Noxis. Lawyer, entrepreneur, marketer but, above all, strategist. She firmly believes in the importance of defining winning and inspiring strategies that bring focus to companies. 

Rita began her career in the world of marketing and business in one of the best schools: P&G, where she developed various positions until she ended up as Marketing Director of the clothing care category for Spain and Portugal.

In 2014, concerned about the problems of reconciliation and organization of families, she decided to undertake with the purpose of facilitating the day-to-day life of families. A few months later, several partners joined the project and in January 2015, they launched Dommuss: the app to get organized as a family and couple.

Also since that time, she began her career as a strategic consultant with Picnic where in recent years she held the position of CEO. In 2021, with the idea of focusing more on business strategy and innovation, she decided to launch Noxis.

Since 2022 she is also Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration teaching subjects such as Business Design and Organization or Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
