Above all, we want to provide useful and applicable solutions to our customers. That is why, for each challenge that is presented to us, we think what would be the best way and team to address it.
It may be a simple challenge that can be solved in two or three very focused sessions, a more complex challenge may require several months and sometimes the involvement of additional talent.
Agility is important to us. That’s why our teams tend to be no larger than three people (experience has shown us that efficiency decreases as the number of people increases) and our processes tend to be no longer than four months (the business environment evolves too quickly and by the time they are longer, some of the initial hypotheses will have changed).
Here is an example of a process to define the strategy of a company/brand:
Identify
In-depth understanding of the company or brand’s strategy, the business model, its key stakeholders and the relationship between them looking for challenges and opportunities.

Align which is the key aspect of the business strategy to work on in order to reinforce it and the target we are addressing.

Define
Define the brand strategy: value proposition, brand personality and attributes or key messages.

Plan
Define an action plan for the next 2 years based on the reflections emerging from the strategic approach.
