In our three years of experience we have been lucky enough to work with large companies and brands on strategic projects with an impact on their business.
Our projects are always related to the strategic definition of some of the key elements of the companies or brands we work with. Therefore, the work we do is very confidential and we cannot show it.
For this reason, below is simply a compilation of the clients we have worked with and a description of the services we have provided to each of them.

We carried out a review of the brand’s visual hierarchy in order to make recommendations for changes that could help to generate:
- Better understanding of the brand portfolio hierarchy
- Greater homogeneity among all brand references

We defined the brand strategy that would allow it to continue growing in such a competitive market. The first step was to conduct market research to gain a good understanding of the consumer and define the target audience. Once we had decided who we were going to focus on, we went on to define the value proposition and the core brand attributes and personality of Pilexil.
The Iberostar Group is a Spanish multinational company dedicated to the tourism sector since 1956, headquartered in Palma de Mallorca. It has more than 114 hotels in 18 countries on three continents: Europe, America and Africa. It is one of the four most important Spanish hotel chains and one of the top 50 worldwide.

PROJECT
We have carried out several projects with Iberostar: a project to understand the problems in the internal implementation of their loyalty program; we have helped to frame the corporate strategy; and we have helped to design the portfolio strategy – designing the differentiating experiences that each segment should include.
Main brand of the company Angulas Aguinaga, a Spanish multinational food company based in San Sebastian. Distribute their products in seven international markets. Angulas Aguinaga is formed by a team of 600 people.

Defining the growth strategy for the La Gula de Norte® brand for the coming years and developing a brand strategy aligned with it (target, value proposition, personality and attributes, and key messages).

Producer and marketer of high quality wines from three of the best Spanish Denominations of Origin: Ribera del Duero, Priorat and Toro.

Line Sports & Entertinement es una agencia de marketing y activación especializada en el mundo del deporte y el estilo de vida saludable. Fundada en 1997 es uno de los referentes en su sector.

DYC is a brand of Beam Suntory, Inc. a Japanese multinational company founded in the United States that produces and markets spirits. DYC is one of the company’s key brands in Spain, as it is one of the top 10 best-selling spirits brands in the country.
