Fees typically range from €1,500 to €3,500 and include preparation, workshop facilitation, and the deliverables with strategic recommendations. Venue hire, travel, and catering costs are not included if the workshop is delivered in person.

How many people can participate?

The ideal group size is between 4 and 10 people, to ensure an engaging dynamic and that all voices are heard. If your team is larger, we can adapt the format accordingly.

What do we take away at the end of the day?

A visual, practical deliverable (a one-page strategic summary, canvas, or growth map, depending on the workshop), along with concrete recommendations for next steps.
